Instructional Designer, Center for Leadership & Character, Wake Forest School of Business:
The Center for Leadership & Character Resource Center is a microsite I designed, built, and managed to provide easy access for the products I developed (in collaboration with SMEs) including Center marketing materials, interactive mLearning and eLearning video modules, coaching and leader self-development tools, team effectiveness resources, infographics & job aids, and train-the-trainer materials for leadership assessment.

Communications Manager, Blue Gray Alliance:
On a national level, managed communication and marketing for a not-for-profit organization reaching an audience of 50k. Also managed a promotional event DVD project and an official event program including obtaining donated vendor services. The result gained the organization over $14k in proceeds to support future historic preservation events.
Distinguished Adjunct Instructor, Davenport University:
Developed a live, interactive course orientation session including use of video, audio, chat, application sharing, and live discussion to enhance a business communication online class. The session runs in Blackboard Collaborate a web conferencing system like Go To Meeting or WebEX.
Training Development Manager, DexONE.
During a special project driving the company reorganization, worked with Trainiac, a learning map and infographic vendor, to develop a "discovery" map illustrating the relationships between parts of the business. Training
team used it to enhance change management training for front line managers.
